1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crixly platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Crixly is an AI-powered software development platform that generates production-ready applications from natural language descriptions. The Service includes an AI build engine, cloud-based preview environment, deployment infrastructure, and related features. Crixly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Crixly immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content, code, and applications that you create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Crixly a limited license to process and store such content solely to provide the Service to you. Crixly does not claim ownership over any User Content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate malicious, harmful, or offensive content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (e) build applications that facilitate illegal activities; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
6. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as otherwise expressly stated. Crixly reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crixly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Crixly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
